EFT for Stress

I was about to write a post on how to apply EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). But as it’s a physical technique which requires explanation of the various tapping points on the body’s meridian system, I thought it would be difficult to explain with just words. I found this great video which gives a simplified version of the technique. Use this to combat stress anytime.
